Introduction

Kevin first started boxing in 1986 as a junior and later had regimental trials for 32 Regiment Royal Artillery. Shortly after leaving the army Kevin started martial arts in Aylesbury with Tae Kwon Do at a local club before moving on to train in Jeet Kune Do with Neil Mcleod who is considered to be one of the best Jeet Kune Do instructors in the U.K. with qualifications and experience that are rarely matched.

Under Neils guidance Kevin went on to study Judo at the Renrukan Judo Club in Aylesbury and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu with Mauricio Gomes and later his son Roger Gracie the Absolute Bjj World Champion and arguably the best grappler on the planet.

Kevin now holds a first dan Black belt under Roger and continues to train and compete for the Roger Gracie Academy in London, his most notable successes to date are 2014 Black Belt Masters European Champion and 2012 Black Belt Masters British Champion. Kevin has also competed in Judo and Pro Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions. He holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in Judo and a black belt in Jeet Kune Do Under Neil Mcleod.

Kevin was first exposed to serious fitness training in the Army and many of his methods stem from these early sessions. After leaving the Army Kevin qualified as a fitness instructor and fitness assessor at the prestigeous Premier Training Global fitness organisation in Oxford. Kevin also attends seminars at Cross Fit London, a fitness company that specialise in Olympic Weight lifting, body weight exercises, Olympic Rings, kettlebells and many more functional conditioning exercises.

Kevins aim is to promote martial arts in Aylesbury and set a high standard of instruction.
